To initiate your request for a Private Journey, a non-refundable deposit of $200 per request ($500 for custom itineraries) is required. This deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your land program. In certain instances, an additional deposit may be required at the time of booking and will be specified in your quote.
Each Private Journey has specific deposit and cancellation terms, which will be detailed in your personalized quote. Final payment for Private Journeys is typically due 150 days prior to departure. Private Journeys are typically fully refundable, minus the $200 non-refundable deposit and any charges for alterations, up until the final payment deadline. After the final payment deadline, the entire land package becomes non-refundable. Certain factors, such as the inclusion of airfare, local festivals or holidays, or stays at luxury properties, may necessitate an additional non-refundable deposit to be acquired at the time of booking.
